@cleanplateblog Gonna echo @pollysbrewco as the standard bearer for Wales at the moment, huge range and you'd be hard pressed to find an average beer nevermind a bad one. I've also got a lot of time for @BeerRiffBrewing, Rival and @tenbybrewingco
@Bbmorg I De Pfeffel take you, (insert name), to be my wife. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life.....
1/4 1987. On my first day as a newly qualified house officer, proudly dressed in brand new trousers, I was told by the consultant, in front of the whole team, that he expected women in his team to wear skirts and never to wear trousers again.
@RagingAnecdotes@NavinaEvans As a shy 18 year old boy in the 80's I worked in a police station admin, the 50 something finance guy had a page 3 style calendar. Start of each month he would leave the previous month's page on my desk for a laugh.
@NavinaEvans Those were the days. Misogyny at work - in both senses - the bloke known to be the 'office groper', lower pay for women 'because they don't have a family to support' ( I quote), pornographic pics by people's desks.....oh the joy.......
@Frank_147501@Peston@Telegraph It was his office and home!!! Plus I bet he had no visitors when he was near death in ICU and if he had needed to go to a funeral he would have been under the same restrictions as the rest of us
Just walked through Cardiff city centre after a meeting. Such a shame to see new developments following old mistakes - huge lack of anything green, sustainable or inspiring. Lack of cohesion in shared spaces #urbanrealm@cardiffcouncil@WSofArchi
