Since the footage misrepresents the interaction about a sensitive area of policy, we have asked the organisation who posted the video to take it down. (3/3)

@ukhomeoffice It literally shows what Braverman said to a holocaust survivor at a constituency event. Shame on the lot of you

A statement: The Home Secretary attended an event last night and took questions, including on immigration policy. Footage of a conversation with a holocaust survivor is circulating online. The video has been heavily edited and doesn’t reflect the full exchange. (1/3)

"Water company pours raw sewage into river for 23 HOURS - killing 5,000 fish." Since 2010 @AnglianWater have been fined £2,541,500 for 70 permit breaches, it has made no difference whatsoever. Time to make water company directors personally liable. mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/b…

I can't imagine being so impervious to a Holocaust survivor, even if I had a strongly held view, her lack of ability to even tame it for diplomatic reasons, quite apart from her total lack of empathy or humanity, is quite unbelievable, even by the standards of this Tory cabal.

Again for the doubters. 6p each, just chuck on 10p worth of milk. Milk at Tesco £1.65 for 4 pints. Wait for the denial.

Rita and John, my new neighbours who have just moved from Nigeria don’t have ANYTHING in their house. They’re starting from scratch with triplets and a baby on the way. I need urgent recommendations for help. Places in N. Essex that can help with furniture, white goods, etc.

@Poppymay171 @RichardJMurphy Labour are being completely useless. And I say that as someone desperate to see the Tories kicked out forever. The Tories have and continue to trash this country. Normal people are cold, hungry, and ringing ambulances in vain. Where is Labour's moral outrage?

Keir Starmer is joking Wes Streeting in attacking GPs for the self employed status they have enjoyed since 1947 this morning. Three things are deeply troubling about this. A quick thread….

@CraigOliver100 The Royal family are facing the consequence of the way they treated Diana. They are a complete anachronism propping up the privilege which cripples the UK.

Before we judge anyone in the royal family - it’s worth reading the sections on the moment Harry & William were told their mother had died & their subsequent desperate attempts to make sense of it. The damage caused explains much that’s happened recently.. news.sky.com/story/prince-h…

Over this century so far there has been a fall in UK public sector productivity despite all the investment in digital systems and good advances in the private sector.Public sector senior managers need to work smarter, using technology to boost output and service quality.

@MichaelLamberta Train drivers have long had strong union representation whereas Unison has been weak as water. So train drivers have paid properly for many years and nurses have been screwed to the wall. A race to the bottom suits the employers only

@PhilosophyFails @AndyFla @WasOnceLoved Where we are going is the complete eradication of the rights of normal people. The Retained EU Law revocation bill is set to turn the UK into a complete hellscape. The direction of travel is dystopian. Loook at that for a change
