Tackling Health Inequalities in Dacorum - From Parliament to the People 🏛️ Last night at the Palace of Westminster, something powerful unfolded, not just a conversation, but a collective commitment to action. Together, we brought faith leaders, healthcare professionals, community voices, and decision-makers under one roof to address a challenge that touches every postcode: Health Inequalities.
