It´s also acknowledged in most intelligent circles that humans need to believe in something, even if that something are myths. (See Rome). Myths educate and inspire, set standards etc.

This NYT interview is good. Tucker is insane. Getting him to sit there with the paper of record and talk about his worldview filled with supernatural forces focuses everyone on how deranged he is. He says this stuff all the time, but it’s now an official NYT interview.

@ClayTravis College football still has great talent, but it´s dead to those with a sense of depth in their fandom. Paying players, musical chairs rosters,"elites" often not playing in their teams bowl games (the opposite of team play and basic integrity), leagues that have zero meaning etc.

$50 million college football rosters is wild. I think college football — and basketball to a degree — are headed to a place where only the ten biggest schools can afford to pay players and a ton of the others are facing bankruptcy and/or cutting tons of programs to keep up.

@Hot_Pepper76 It was big in Columbus, Ohio. Follow up to All By Myself. The crazy thing is, while both those songs are stellar, his 3rd release from that debut album, "Sunrise" was even better...a genius upbeat pop/rock song....but didn´t get traction on the charts. Eric Carmen is my fave.

Obviously a DIEHARD Cincinnati RedLegs fan but the Pirates were kind of enough to invite Peter (and therefore me haha) over to see PNC Park (my favorite MLB ballpark in MLB) while we’re here for the NFL Draft. Such a great group of people-Peter and I really appreciated our visit and hope to be back for a Reds/Pirates series later this summer! Thanks a lot! @Pirates

@Hot_Pepper76 Groups like the Eagles, ..and especially The BeeGees are geniuses. The writing, harmonizing ...genius, especially BeeGees pre 1977 stuff....but these types never make these lists. I´d think it was cuz R Stone veers toward harder rock only, but then the Beach Boys are on the list.
