I feel Sunday morning is a good time for some normal non-vitriolic comment, even on this platform #SaintsFc and Tonda Eckert have done well to turn things around in the last 3 games I was very pessimistic about his future and the season after Hull - fair play to him I also think he’s been put in an invidious position with the Armstrong saga In my mind, the most likely scenario given Tonda couldn’t name his injury, is that Armstrong may have not wanted to play and rather than throw him under a bus, Tonda has realised he needs to show the rest of the squad he’s got their back - rightly or wrongly Just my own view
