@TLRailUK I made the following journey yesterday on keyGo, but shouldn't it have been a St Neots to Royston Return rather than being split into three? Breaking my journey at Stevenage was valid because some trains that call at both don't stop at Hitchin.

@TLRailUK Your online ticketing system shows the 07:48 from SNO to FPK as off-peak, is this an error? The National Rail ticket planner says the same service is on-peak. Just trying to see if I can travel SNO to SVG earlier in the day and then SVG to BCH later on an off-peak.

@TLRailUK Hiya, just an FYI that one of the door closing/opening LED/rings external to the cartridge isn't working on coach 409151 (currently on the Peterborough - Horsham route). Accidentally got onto the train as the doors were closing, apologies!

@VodafoneUK I’m planning to move soon and have a Vodafone broadband contract, my new address is serviced by Vodafone but at a much much slower speed. In this situation would I be able to terminate early given you can’t provide the same service (or better) that I currently have?

@TLRailUK I intended to catch the 17:30 from SVG to RYS yesterday, which was cancelled. The 17:09 showed up at 17:42 but it was too full to board. The 17:38 was delayed and I boarded the 18:00 at 18:03. Delay Repay was declined because that the 17:08 was too full to board was missing.

@TLRailUK RYS to SVG 10:17 has just terminated at Hitchin. Obviously nothing to visually indicate. You’re lucky I tweaked my hearing aids and could hear the verbal announcement. Please do better.
