Today i decided to go see a Land for my sister, we got there and this guy said he's an agent, i said ok.
I don't really like anything property agent but i gave him a chance.
We got to the land, i liked it, i called my sis that it's ok, so i asked for the price.
This guy said 2 million naira, i said 2 million inside this bush?, he said yes. I said ok.
We were there five guys came and said i will have to pay omo onile fee, i asked the agent, is it part of thr 2 million? He said no.
I said how much they said 200k. I said ok, minutes later the community elders came and said i will have to pay 150k. Ok.
I called the agent aside, how much is agent fee, he said 150k. I said ok.
Now guys, is this not extortion? because I'm thinking of backing out.
