We're rolling out a small tweak to boost visibility of your posts to your mutuals (people who you follow back).
We noticed this data was missing from the algo and it made your friends appear less in your replies. This resulted in the reply section feeling more like a battleground with people you don't recognize.
This should also help clusters form around interests more easily, which many people have asked for.

One of the saddest things happening today isn't even inflation, unemployment, or the rising cost of living.
It's what those things are doing to people.
Friends who once spoke every day now go weeks without checking on each other, not because they stopped caring, but because everyone is drowning in their own battles.
Relationships are becoming harder to sustain. Love is no longer competing with distance or misunderstandings alone; it is competing with survival. People who genuinely care for each other are being pulled apart by financial pressure, uncertainty, and the constant anxiety of trying to stay afloat.
Many are quietly losing themselves.
People crave companionship but isolate themselves because they don't have the emotional energy to maintain connections. They want to go out, laugh, visit friends, fall in love, build memories, but everything now seems to come with a price tag attached to it.
We're watching a generation survive without truly living.
Every day feels like a race against bills, responsibilities, expectations, and an economy that keeps demanding more while giving less. Dreams are being postponed. Marriages are being delayed. Friendships are fading. Families are becoming more distant.
The economy is no longer affecting only our pockets; it is affecting our relationships, our mental well-being, our sense of community, and our ability to experience joy.
People are not just struggling financially.
They are struggling to remain human in a system that increasingly leaves little room for anything beyond survival.
