This argument against judges, just exposed the idiotic hypocrisy of this man. Judges (Judiciary), are amongst the three pillars of democracy, when you take the Executive and Legislature arms in that other. So basically what he is saying is that judges have to be wretched to perform their constitutional duties 😂😎😁. I think Odinkalu bald head (please no pun intended to people that have one) is beginning to mess up his thinking, he better start wearing cap, to start making sense once again, because this sweeping allegation against judges is an own goal for him.

"The politicians don't need our votes to get to power. Who do they need? The judges. That is why Nyesom Wike is building mansions for judges. That is why state governors are donating prados and land cruisers to judges across the states. That is why they're making sure judges are the best-paid people in Nigeria. Meanwhile, governors who cannot pay the minimum wage are feeding judges with the kind of money and emoluments you cannot add up." — @ChidiOdinkalu

Chadd Wright retired from active military service in 2019. He was in Nigeria in 2014 alongside other international instructors to train the Nigerian Navy Special Boat Service (SBS) and other personnel in Lagos. This initial instructional phase took place 12 years ago. Wright did not release his viral video detailing his personal perspectives on the environment until 2022, which was 4 years ago. During that exact same period in 2014, the United States placed an embargo on weapons sales to Nigeria. Faced with these restrictions and under severe security circumstances the AFN, the Nigeria Police Force, and the Department of State Services adapted strategically by sending personnel to train in Belarus. Through this foreign training, they became the most feared, highly skilled, and elite special forces in Nigeria at that time as terrified Insurgents who mistook their tactical capabilities for foreign mercenaries referred to them as "_Haya n Soja_" because of their lethality and precision. Once these operatives completed their training and returned, they unleashed hell on Boko Haram terrorists circa 2014, 2015, and 2016, successfully clearing major insurgent strongholds before policy decisions later saw the specific unit restructured and disbanded. The year 2014 marked the very first time Nigeria as a whole fought a domestic insurgency of that magnitude and handled complex, full-scale asymmetric warfare. While Wright labeled the troops he met as "locals", his own experience did not include participating in conventional battles. During his time in Afghanistan, his role focused strictly on gathering intelligence and avoiding detection while operating in a non-traditional capacity. The viral video he dropped years later pushed a highly narrow, outdated narrative that is dead on arrival. Today, Nigeria officially holds the best Special Operations Forces (SOF) in West Africa, features the most battle-hardened army on the African continent, and stands ranked as the 3rd strongest military in Africa and 33rd globally. A single retired instructor who was appointed to train personnel alongside others 12 years ago cannot be used to talk down on the modern capabilities of Nigeria's elite forces.

I once met someone I genuinely liked. He came across as a good person. We hadn’t known each other for very long, but over time we built a decent relationship. Whenever I asked him to handle something, he did. Still, I kept observing him. These days, you cannot afford to bring just anyone close to you. Before you entrust people with bigger opportunities, you need to know if they can handle responsibility, remain patient, and grow with you through difficult seasons, just as you did while building what you have. I had plans to open bigger opportunities for him. So when the time came even though it was a premature timing just because I felt he deserved an opportunity, I made him an offer. Instead of discussing how he could create value first, he wanted twice what was offered, along with additional benefits of accommodation I had hoped to introduce later. That didn’t offend me. Everyone has the right to place whatever value they believe they are worth. But value is not established by what you demand. It is established by what you consistently demonstrate. So I gave him time to prove it. In fact, I’m still giving him that time. What he doesn’t know is that I’m observing everything even though communication is not one of my strongest virtue. Every action, every decision, every level of commitment. Unfortunately, he has already begun falling below the standard he expected me to pay for. Years of working with people have taught me difficult lessons. I’ve trusted people who later betrayed that trust. I’ve been taken for granted. I’ve watched people pursue their own interests without considering the sacrifices made on their behalf. That doesn’t make people evil. Everyone naturally wants what is best for themselves. The real question is whether they are truly worth the investment they are asking someone else to make. My advice to every employer, founder, and leader is this Never allow yourself to be pressured into rewarding potential that has not yet been proven. Don’t let emotions, guilt, or negotiation tactics rush your judgment. Time is one of the greatest filters of character. Just as your business grows through consistency over time, let people earn greater opportunities through consistency over time. Promises are easy to make. Demands are easy to voice. Character reveals itself only with time. Be patient enough to let time speak before you commit your resources, your trust, or your future to anyone.

From my DM. Good afternoon, sir. I wanted to share my experience in response to what you've been teaching. This is something I've kept to myself for the past 12 years, but your posts really struck me, so I feel like it's time to share. Before my father passed away, his last words to me were that my mother was a bad woman because she had cheated on him. At that time, he actually chased her out of the house and called her family. She ended up getting pregnant by the man she cheated with, and after she gave birth, the child sadly passed away. My father is a God fearing, kind hearted man who didn't want us to grow up in a broken home, made the decision to take her back. He always told us that he wanted us to experience both a father's and a mother's love, and he believed in keeping the family together because of his faith and his values. After my mother came back, the atmosphere at home was never the same. It wasn't that there were constant fights, but you could feel that something was missing. Then, a mysterious illness came upon my father, and two years later, he passed away. And it's shaped how I see my relationship with my mother. Since then, I've only really viewed her as just my mother there's no deep connection like what some might talk about between a mother and son. I just play the role of her son nothing more, nothing less. So in sharing all of this, I just want to validate what you're teaching about taking infidelity seriously. It's something I've experienced firsthand, and I hope others can learn from it. Thank you for letting me share my story. End.

You know what is funny? A table is usually empty. You have to bring things to fill it. When people are havingba conversation about what you bring to the table and you say you are the table, you're basically saying you're empty. To make this tweet below, it is clear you'll never stop being empty.

I'm not saying that I am the table, ofc I'm not like other girls ..... Most men do know that a girl have nothing to offer, yet they go ahead to date them. Next thing, they start asking what she brings to the table There are lots of women out there and a lot to support you too,why didn't you date them? You went ahead to pick the jobless one and end of complaining.

this is an extremely dangerous lifestyle as a young man, even as it looks strong on the surface. pay attention; i started working in mining straight out of school, remote sites, long rotations and harsh conditions and out there, weakness gets exposed fast, you carry your own weight, you fix your own gear, you eat what you cook, no one babysits you underground... that environment trains you to rely on yourself or get crushed, literally. after few years, that mindset followed me home. i paid my bills early, handled repairs, made my own food, kept my emotions locked up tight and independence became identity. if something broke, i fixed it. if something hurt, i buried it. i didn’t need anyone and i wore that like armor but this the part nobody tells you; when you build a life where no one is needed, you also build one where no one fits. relationships started feeling inefficient, emotional conversations felt unnecessary, vulnerability felt like handing someone a pickaxe and hoping they wouldn’t swing. self sufficiency and independence is powerful, yes it makes you competent, steady and hard to shake but if your not careful as a man, it turns into emotional isolation disguised as strength and unlearning that, learning to let someone stand beside you instead of always proving you can stand alone is harder than any shift underground.

this is arguably one of the most dangerous ways to live as a man.
