@premierinn Yes you've replied again via DM. Again, you've ignored the purpose of the complaint. It relates to water pouring through the bathroom ceiling. Can you provide me with a contact number for customer xare because I'm tired of repeating myself on here.

Just a word of advice for the weekend. If you’re staying in a @premierinn make sure you check the hot water is working in the room before paying. If it isn’t and you’ve already paid then tough, you won’t get a refund!

@premierinn Water didn't pour through the ceiling till then and reception came into the room to see it with their own eyes. This was after a list of issues raised throughout the stay that made the stay harder for a disabled guests
