@marli_kamki Last year this road (Aalo-Likabali) was the cause for the rupture of my engine chamber. Really bad road. Thanks to the present GSU President the chamber was repaired despite the whole Silapathar closed on account of a Bandh.

Some glimpses of the all imp Likabali-Basar Road. Despite wholehearted support extended by the locals including the CBOs, public representatives, SUs etc., the executing agency has failed to deliver. Even after all these years, I have failed to notice any considerable progress.

@CeemonaT What's the name of the resort you have taken the picture? I spent my childhood in Namsai studying at Tiny Tots School. Namsai is growing....

All that I remember from late 90s while travelling to Nampong, Changlang District in an APST bus with my family was a Sandy Namsai. The Golden Pagoda has mesmerized me like all others before me. Travelling on the bad to the eatery in Chowkham was worth it as is seen in my face 😁
