It is preferable to trust a system that is equitable and responds with transparency, is committed to reforms and stands in solidarity with parents and students than to harbour a nostalgia for the pre-NEET era, when a free-for-all scenario existed for medical seats to be secured under college and management quotas by those with access and resources.

The Government of Arunachal Pradesh will erect a statue in memory of Late Shri Gyamar Padang, in recognition of his public-spirited contribution to society and governance. Late Shri Gyamar Padang, who was also a recipient of the State Gold Medal (posthumously), played a significant role in drawing attention to certain gaps in the recruitment system and contributed towards strengthening transparency, accountability, and efficiency in governance and public institutions. Today, I met his family members, and conveyed my heartfelt respect and condolences. The memorial will stand as a lasting tribute to his life and as an inspiration for future generations to uphold honesty, responsibility, and public service.

@FranceinIndia, Among 5 Indian delegates for @IFJGlobal World Congress Centenary (4-7 May 2026) in Paris, two Indian delegates me & my friend @tayabagang1 had our visas rejected despite submitting official IFJ invitations & all documents. It's a historic occasion to miss. The reason cited for visa refusal is strange and silly.

The diversity of Arunachal Pradesh is truly fascinating, and each tribe carries its own unique history, culture, and struggles. While doing my research, I often feel inspired by scholars who have dedicated their work to documenting and understanding these communities. One such inspiring work is by Dr. @PremTaba who conducted detailed research on the Puroik tribe during his PhD at Rajiv Gandhi University. His article titled “Emancipation and Identity Formation: The Puroik Experience in Arunachal Pradesh” offers a deep and meaningful insight into one of the most marginalized communities of our state.
