Lies! The recipe is lies! I started the cooking part at the correct time to have dinner ready by 6:30pm. But now it won’t be done til after 7pm. I should not have taken a break between prepping all the things and cooking. ::Pout::

Oof. I hurt. I just pre-prepped tonight’s dinner. That took nearly 2 hours and that was just chopping all the things and combining other things and mise en place. And it’s not even all of the prep because the meat has to remain in the fridge til it’s almost time to cook.

25th anniversary of “the DUSTING” in Lexington. @Kentuckyweather reminded us of the anniversary of the missed forecast. A dusting was predicted and some areas got around 20 in of snow in 1998. I remember what a sense of humor the late great Brian Collins had about it.
