@JagexSupport can I have one of the mods look into my banned account? I have appealed twice, and I’ve provided screenshots indicating may have been accessing my account from literally outside of the country. I’m not really sure anyone actually took the time to look at them.

@JagexSupport Thank you for your response, but it doesn’t address my concern. I’ve never used bots, yet I received a permanent ban for it. I had over 90 days of in-game playtime, so this is extremely frustratinging. I don’t think this system is fair. Are you sure someone else can't look
