@EwanMacKenna Try sipping manuka honey and lemon in warm water. Rinse with baking soda often (before treatment, after treatment and during the day): blended chicken soup is very nourishing. I have lots of other tips - 2years supporting my husband with H&NC. A life changing journey.

I. Am. Utterly. Fucked. Can't eat. Can't even drink water. Swallowing is like being stabbed in the neck. Down to little over 10 stone. Tremendous pain. Sleeping 18 hours a day (kind of). The disease must be bad if this is the bloody cure. Floored like never in my life. Agony.

📹WATCH: Economy Minister @conormurphysf spent the day in County Fermanagh. The Minister met tourism businesses to talk about how we can attract more tourists to this beautiful part of the country.   In South West College he congratulated young people receiving exam results and encouraged them to talk to our fantastic careers advisors as they consider their next steps.    He also met Hurst Engineering, which has secured contracts worth over £2.5million in England and Wales. Lastly the Minister visited glass bottle manufacturer Encirc and heard how they are contributing to the circular economy.
