@CengageHelp I put in my access code to a course into the website on my account, and now need a course key to gain access but our class only has a canvas link. when I go through the link it says the access code is already used. I don’t know how to fix this.

@CengageHelp Yes unfortunate. Disappointing there is no renewal or loyalty discount for students who have previously purchased Cengage. Being required to make a separate purchase for another class without any consideration for returning users feels unfair.

@CengageHelp bought 12 month subscription. Is there a discount for 'renewing' another year? OR full price again? Is there a source through college that offers discounts for this very expensive program that only lasts one year?
