im so pissed off, why did I buy a 4 month access for cengage unlimted and it expired on the 16th, like that makes sense if I bought it on the 12th of January. mind you i have a test i have to study for. @CengageHelp

@CengageHelp I’ve tried refreshing/rebooting the virtual devices, I’ve tried a different browser, different Internet, making sure cookies are allowed etc but when I try to continue an in progress practice lab and the devices “load” this is all I see. I can’t do any work rn.

@CengageHelp I put in my access code to a course into the website on my account, and now need a course key to gain access but our class only has a canvas link. when I go through the link it says the access code is already used. I don’t know how to fix this.
