@sren1ty_ @RangerJBlue @OWCavalry Kiriko’s perks are mid tho. Urgent care could be added to Kiriko’s base kit and it won’t make a difference. Read step is so bad that it’s only picked 9% of the time. It’s objectively USELESS Meanwhile mercy is getting a whole major perk added to her base kit and a new one

Hot take, but if Genji had only blade it would be like vendetta gameplay Low skill and boring to play. If you cant do headshot or any sort of = same like moira. It’s probably fun now, but as a hero design the base one is infinitely better..
