Why can't Parcel force be like Amazon? deliveries on time , if we're not in, put in a dry shed . It's taken a week to rearrange a delivery. Not good

@parcelforce a parcel was sent to me with express24 since the 22/02/26 and up until this moment I have not received my parcel and I am unable to track this parcel. Any time I try to track it, it shows Nottingham. I am so upset as there are perishables in there.

@reportfrauduk I posted above on X because @parcelforce website/phone was useless. I got half a dozen replies each purporting to be Parcelforce and asking formy details - most/all of sites must be dodgy. Hope you can track from thread, and block.

@parcelforce you just smsd me that I have customs to pay on parcel. Your website tracking says parcel being prepped for return to sender in US. All your phone contacts are robots who can't help. How do I pay?
