This will do nothing. At most, it will remain a robust echo chamber within Indian social media.
When people search for China, they are presented with images and videos of stunning natural scenery, exquisite modern and traditional infrastructure, a rich cultural heritage, clean cities, well-maintained public spaces, well groomed people (don't necessarily have to be handsome).
Many who subsequently visit find that their experience broadly aligns with those impressions, and they return home with favourable accounts to share with friends and family.

In China, people from different castes are often stereotyped as looking different. Shi people are considered the most attractive because they come from the highest caste. Nong people are generally seen as fairly attractive, while Gong people are viewed as average-looking. Shang and Jianmin are often stereotyped as being the least attractive.
