Marbella is easily top 1 place to live in Europe. Maybe the world.
- Best gym scene in Europe
- Best weather in Europe (320 days of sun)
- Healthy low cost groceries
- Beach + mountains in one place
- Entrepreneurial community
- Everywhere is clean
- Elite restaurants and nightlife
- 2-hour flight from every major EU city
- Property prices and rent still undervalued vs. global hotspots
I’ve travelled to and lived in a lot of places, quality of life here is the best I’ve experienced

As I accumulate more & more data the takes I'm going to state with absolute conviction are GOING to upset people.
This is the raw power of data.
1000s of students, every offer & niche imaginable, pricing structure & delivery mechanism.
Data doesn't care about feelings.
Kyri@kyrinahlis
The amount of customer success data I collect right now is STAGGERING. With CSMs embedded across multiple DFY clients, offers & industries, I'm tracking the journeys of thousands of students in these programs & every single month I collect more insights. Improving constantly

Almost every man that tries to make money online hits a point in the beginning of the journey where nothing is working
Another sales job falls through
Ecom store still isn't making sales
You keep losing trades
Etc etc etc
And all of the dopamine that you started the journey with is gone
It's at this point that 90% of them give up and go back to the traditional route forever
But the other 10% double down
They go even harder, they work even more, and they don't let their foot on the gas until they WIN no matter what they have to do
And they crack it BIG when it clicks
And it usually happens pretty quickly after they make the decision
This literally happened to me
Made $0 for 6 months (actually lost a few grand from courses)
And all of a sudden I land a sales position that profited me $10,000-$20,000/month
If you are at this phase of your journey right now, double the fuck down dude
You are literally so close
Most people quit right here
You owe it to yourself and your family to double down and go even harder
Godspeed

I get so many DMs from people trying to get me to set up a high ticket course or expensive info product
What do you not understand
I am CEO of a sales organisation targeting businesses with £50m+ turnover
I have 20+ staff
I do some mentoring in my free time
I am also building the world’s first genuine sales university
No part of my life involves taking $5000 off a kid who thinks he’s buying the golden ticket

Learn the same team-building secrets McLaren use in YOUR business.
In July 2024 I visited McLaren's F1 Team & learned how they use a "Single Focus" to win Grands Prix again and again.
This is now I believe the the best way to grow your business in 2024:
A high-performing team.
Here's everything I learned (steal for free):
When I first started my business I already knew that a 'team' was the best way to gain a competitive advantage...
-but I'd never spoken to a high-performing team in the way that exposure to McLaren opened my eyes.
I'd heard about "culture" for years when working.
Both in my 9-5's and in my own business but was never truly able to 'pin' down what this whole 'culture' thing meant.
....that was until I spent an entire day in McLaren and gained private insight into how they have a singular focus as a business (you cannot even Google this, I've tried).
And do you know what this dude?
This completely shifted my way of building culture. Without a doubt, this knowledge will accelerate both the growth of my own AND clients businesses.
You might be thinking, "what is in it for me," to read this....
Well, you literally cannot Google (or buy) access to this infomation.
It doesn't exist anywhere online - until now, only accessible through networking.
Do you aspire to break free from being a solopreneur and one day lead a team?
OR do you currently run a business with a team and want to push them harder to achieve more?
This post is for you...
McLaren have a 'singular' cultural theme within their organisation.
They measure ALL STAFF (every. single. department) on a single input-based objective.
'Reducing the time it takes to complete a lap."
This is it.
- NOT winning medals.
- NOT being the fastest car on the track.
- Nothing else.
Every single staff member must assist this goal -> reduce the time it takes to complete a lap.
This includes non-engineer roles and non-technical roles, for example:
1) Social media? Increase their brand to recruit better talent into the business.
2) HR? Recruit the best staff to lower lap times.
3) Finance? Manage the budget to allocate more resources toward technologies.
4) Logistics? Optimize supply chain to ensure delivery of parts and materials.
5) Facilities Management? Ensure that all physical spaces and equipment are maintained.
Every single one of these roles reduces lap time in some shape or form. They must perform at 10/10 at all times - knowing their performance DIRECTLY affects their ability to reduce lap time.
If social media doesn't perform, they recruit worse talent... leading to a worse lap time, etc.
This reminds me of the age old quote...
'During a visit to the NASA Space Centre in 1962, President Kennedy noticed a janitor carrying a broom. He interrupted his tour, walked over to the man and said: “Hi, I'm Jack Kennedy, what are you doing?” The janitor responded: “I'm helping put a man on the moon, Mr President.”'
You see EVERY SINGLE member of staff in "McLaren" has a single input-based objective...
If they do not REDUCE THE TIME it takes to complete a lap - they are not performing.
1) Why not medals? Because that is an output.
2) Why not fastest on the track? Because that is an output.
But everybody at McLaren can directly affect track time lowering.
If they are not - they are not performing.
This is their "singular focus" and how McLaren creates a high-performing environment.
This singular focus allows them to dial in every action they take and run it through a filter to see if this brings them closer or further from their objective...
Reducing time taken to complete a lap!
So...
How does this apply to your business?
You need to define your 'single focus' and this is NOT 'driving revenue'.
Driving revenue is an output - not an input.
And it took McLaren a decade (they said) to define their input as "lower time taken to complete a lap."
If I had to guess my singular focus, using my own business as an analogy, it might be one of these:
1) How accurately can we measure the metrics of clients students in programs?
2) How quickly can we onboard a new student in a clients program?
3) How can we reduce the time to value for a clients program for students?
4) How can we reduce the time for an up-sell conversation to be viable for a student?
You can have MORE than "one" input but if McLaren have one, I doubt your business is this complex...
Find the single biggest 'lever' in your business that is 'input' based and focus on THAT.
What input, if measured against, should ALL of your staff be striving towards?
Get this single focus right - get your staff aligned - and improve performance.
