@SW_Help Is this related to the safety inspection that delayed us all coming back from Waterloo last night as that was between ashurst and beaulie Road ? Not great commuter service currently!

@CeriArthur85 Hi, there are trains to Poole. Your service arrives into Southampton at 18:49 and there will be a 18:56 to Poole. ^DM

@SW_Help @QIRONG16 I am on the 17:35 London Waterloo to Weymouth train and it is saying it stops at Southampton- are trains not running to Poole tonight? Are there bus replacements?

@SW_Help Can you please announce this to us all on the train- communication in these situations is extremely frustrating! We are nearly 30 mins delayed and potentially could of got a taxi to Poole quicker

@CeriArthur85 Hey there. The line from Poole to London Waterloo isn't affected by the overrunning engineering works - this relates to trains going in the opposite direction. ^CW

@SW_Help I am on the delayed 6:40 from Poole to London Waterloo- why did you not tell customers about the over running works on the line rather than run the trains and people on them do not know how late they will be?

@SW_Help Then why is the message to us on the train that it’s due to engineering works- what exactly is the issue? I don’t think a single train I have been on has been on time in the last 3 weeks and I travel 3 times a week!

@SW_Help This issue was ongoing yesterday evening- I was delayed coming home by 2 hours now I am going to be delayed going back to London- why has it not been fixed?
