You’re presenting Argentina’s claim as if it’s undisputed history, but it isn’t. The islands were never internationally recognized as Argentine territory. Spain had a settlement, but when Spain withdrew in 1811, the islands were left without a permanent government for years.

Con la independencia de España, Argentina las hereda y administra con habitantes temporarios por trabajo a partir de 1811 y permanentes desde 1816/1820 hasta su expulsión en 1833. Incluso la primer persona nacida en la isla fue argentina. 3. Con el tratado de amistad, comercio y navegación de 1825 UK reconoce nuestro territorio pretendido (Incluidas obviamente). 4.El duque de Wellington en 1829 escribe una carta afirmando que los derechos de UK sobre las Malvinas son escasos. 5. En 1833 UK junto a EEUU, toman las islas porque el gobernador argentino de las islas les exigió que respeten las leyes de caza y pesca (Los anglos mataban indiscriminadamente). A partir de ahí es que UK implanta su población en las islas. Una practica que ha hecho en Escocia, Irlanda, etc. Te dejo acá todas las pruebas, ya que convenientemente la mayoría es completamente ignorada por esas paginas de "Historia de las islas" en ingles...

Many Canadians spend their time feeling superior to Americans. For most of our history, Americans didn't care, but that is changing. These forest fires will accelerate their realization that Canadians are not very good friends.

As a former waterbomber pilot who used to lead an aerial firefighting fleet, I can tell you “send help” is an extremely dishonest framing by the Canadian government. The Canadian government routinely blocks U.S. firefighting companies from attacking fires in Canada, while aggressively sending their government-subsidized aircraft to the U.S. to earn commercial rates from the U.S. taxpayer. It’s big business for them and they run it like a Chinese protectionist racket.

Thank you, President Trump! Michigan is not Canada's ashtray. Canadian wildfires are poisoning our air, sickening our families, and costing Michiganders real money.
Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno and I are sending the President a bill that would impose 25% tariffs on Canada to fund a victim compensation fund and pay for cleanup.
This is in addition to sanctions on Canadian officials the U.S. Secretary of State deems reasonable.
The era of Canada exporting its problems into Michigan is over! Clean up your forests, compensate our families, or I will use every tool at my disposal to protect Michigan.
