Pretty amazing how poor the response has been to the spate of arson attacks in Melbourne - they literally give the victims (and therefore Police) a heads up that it’s going to occur. Obviously they’re trying behind the scenes - but clearly they haven’t solved it.

I’m at the point where I can tinker, modify, upgrade, repair almost anything - and I’m pretty relentless once I pick a project. And the more things I complete the faster and more confident I get - and the more bold the projects I can take on. It’s a great hobby.

@SellersCounsel AI can fill out forms really quickly - especially multi-step online forms. Often the real work is collating the data/information to put into it. And even when you use AI to populate the form; it requires thorough review, because it will make mistakes.

Feels like a lot of the “AI lawyers” on here are talking out of both sides of their mouth. “You don’t really need much lawyer involvement for xyz because it’s all just forms anyways” and “please pay me 5 figures to use AI to put those forms together for you” just don’t seem to fit in the same conversation to me. If it’s that easy, why wouldn’t a client just use AI themselves? Hint: it’s not. But I don’t think most of the lawyers talking this way are providing anything more than what Claude could provide by itself.

A common complaint of xray operators are chocoholics who buy multiple packs of chocolate and stack them together. Place it next to a couple of courts and under the machine it looks a lot like c4. Those foot long toblerones have caused a few scares.

@fchralph I use a multi-port Hub that I leave 4 cables plugged in when travelling and a 50,000 MaH power bank (filled with 18650 batteries), when it’s all coiled up, it looks kinda like this 😅😅😅
