I'm having "access denied error" in my site not in control panel, not in FTP, not in WebDeploy, just in my asp.net web application! @smarterasp please help me! 😰 #smarterasp

Status update: 98% of affected accounts has been fixed. Email is at 80%. However, there are few servers that's having bigger issues with decryptions. For some reason, it's not decrypting as fast as the rest of the 98%. More investigation is being done as we speak.

@smarterasp i'm having "access denied" in my site. I can't login to the control panel. If i do, i can't change file permission for application service read and write in application folder.

We know some of your sites are still down, but please don't submit support request here and on the DMs.All of our support staffs are fixing affected accounts. Once they are done, our helpdesk and live chat system will reopen and you will direct all your requests to them.

@CesarSwarowsky @smarterasp When you open the umbraco back end, do you see the website stracture? If yes: Delete all the cookies. Delete cache files from the AppData folder. Open umbraco and republish the whole site.

What if @GoogleAI lend to @smarterasp their quantum computer to decrypt the files which hackers has taken from us? 🤔 Seriously, @smarterasp not even one isolate\secure backup server? I'm trying make some fun because i'm almost crying with despair.
