@StN_Freda Interviewing should be considered a great learning opportunity! Band 6’s who may have had either no interview or a non -competitive interview are often unprepared for band 6 interviews when it’s time for promotions. Good luck and prepare, I’m sure you’ll be fine!

Nursing jobs at my trust have been pulled, and students can no longer be offered a job from placements; we can only apply the formal route. I'm cautiously optimistic, knowing there should be vacancies. For those in the know, should I be worried? I'm due to qualify in September.
