@TUIUK I can understand it for future bookings but for those already booked it’s not a fair deal, the money off is equivalent to 2 drinks over a 9 hour flight . That’s not a great offer .

Booked my holiday with @TUIUK last year, long haul, food and drinks included, now an email saying we are changing it to only soft drinks and water with 1 alcoholic drink with main meal but we will give you £12:50 each way off your holiday to compensate. Absolute joke

@CtfEssexblue63 That looks like the protective film is still on the plastic, take the back off, pic out, then the screen out. Scratch in the corners (front and back) and you should see the protective films start to come away, peel off both.
