@CgmoUpsrtc Really bad experience while traveling this time. Was traveling from Delhi to Lucknow on 10th Jan from Janrath Bus (don’t remember the bus number), which met an accident 20kms before reaching (in the morning)the destination on Taj Express Way. Horrible Journey!

Officers of @CgmoUpsrtc can't/don't see beyond the tip of their nose, confined to Lucknow only. No @UPSRTCHQ service between Shahjahanpur to Pilibhit via Bisalpur, no train service since about 4years due to gauge change from meter guage to broad gauge. @myogiadityanath

@CgmoUpsrtc @UPSRTCNOIDA @Ashokkatariya9 Since busfare increased, Parichowk to Sec-37 Noida, from Rs.27 to 29 hardly 1 out of 4 conductors has intention to return Rs.1. This is going to their pocket instead of UPSRTC. This conductor not even mentioned Rs.471 as balance

@UPSRTCHQ @upsrtc_lko @CgmoUpsrtc Sir, हापुड़ से कौशाम्बी और नोएडा जाने वाली बसें डासना फ्लाईओवर (near old Toll Tax) पर #आदेश के बावजूद नहीं रुक रही है। जिसमे अधिकांश अनुबंधित बसें हापुड़ डिपो और कौशाम्बी डिपो की हैं। कई regular यात्रियों ने बसें छोड़ दी।कृपया सख्त कार्रवाई करे।

.@CgmoUpsrtc The back support of the seat reserved in AC shatabdi (Agra to kaushambi) is broken. The complaint is booked on toll free number; however executives by name.of neelima and vaibhav have misbehaved on the call. The female passenger is having difficulty to sit for 4 hrs.
