I currently have 145 google doc pages worth of thesis that shouldn't change much anymore and if you had told me four years ago that I would be able to write that much on failing in games, I would not have believed you.

I'm a programmer and although I can't speak for all of the various LLM I have actually discovered the miracle solution in regards to generative ai in the creative field 🧵

So there is this 20 years old game design book I keep seeing referenced in every game design paper I read, so I went to take a look, and oh boy. (no the book does not provide sources to substantiate any of those claims).

Hey hey! Request for help. Can anyone point me to research on videogames and behaviour? The old 'videogames cause aggressive behaviour debate'. I know some academic studies on this topic were published over the last few years, but I've lost track of them.
