Two empty sachets, three sachets had torn bags. Taste quality 100%, packaging 0. Wasted 7 sachets until decided to shoot and post. Frustrated customer.

@Chaayos I recently visited Chayos at Hiranandani Estate and noticed something in the pricing that seemed a bit confusing. The Black Tea (without milk) is priced at ₹160, while the Oats Milk Tea is also priced at ₹160.Since Black Tea does not include milk, it feels unusual 😡

Why is this legal? First they charge 25.42 kind of charges in their product and then they round off and charge extra 0.35. Problem is not with giving 0.35, but if i am doing online payment then what's the purpose of this rounding off? @IndianGovtt @Chaayos

I had lunch at @Chaayos, but to be honest, I didn’t really like the taste or the way the food was served. I found it quite uncomfortable to eat Kulcha and Chhola in a kullhad. It may look fancy, but it’s not very practical while eating. The tea, however, was fantastic. It cost me ₹407, which honestly didn’t feel worth it for the overall experience. I would suggest focusing more on tea rather than expanding into other food items.

@Chaayos I went to the Chaayos outlet at Kashmere Gate Metro Station today. I had won a code from Chaayos for 1 year of free cutting chai, but when I tried to use it at the outlet, the coupon was shown as invalid. Are you doing fake giveaways, Chaayos? Please help and resolve.

I ordered food from @Gheeandturmeric today considering they had good rating on @zomato. Got to know it's a cloud kitchen from @Chaayos After all the late delivery drama, the food which came too my surprise was preheated frozen food. Everything in that box was stale.....

@Chaayos staff at Anthurium Noida needs sensitisation. Terminal was not working. I used the QR to order & it did not pick up my previous customisation. I got plain tea. Tasted like sweet syrup. I told the staff that I would need to leave it. They said -your choice.

@SwiggyCares This is a formal escalation. Over time, I’ve faced multiple incorrect orders and denied refunds on Swiggy, resulting in cumulative financial losses of thousands of rupees. In a recent Chaayos order, I was charged ₹60 for kulhads that were not delivered.

Today I tried @Chaayos in Noida and it was 🤮. Literally I ordered chai idli poha and all were unbearable. Me and my father both had not eaten that. I want my refund!

Third class service and costumer betrayal at @Chaayos, pacific mall. You can’t have charging ports on each table and decide to switch it off at your convenience. Some of us really need to work and some times we rely on these and spend money at your outlet for the same.

@zomato @Chaayos ordered 4 items from Chaayos. Got 1 incomplete dish. Matar Kulcha without kulcha. Matar so salty it could cure dehydration. Ticket closed as “Mariyam couldn’t verify my claim”. Happy to invite your team home. Uber on me. At least taste what you deliver. 🙂

@deepigoyal I've been branded a liar over a Rs. 100 bun by @zomatocare as @Chaayos has denied my pictures of the food. Both the companies should check my history to see how much future revenue you have lost. Rest assured that I will be asking my friends to choose @Swiggy.

@Swiggy we have ordered chaayos tea 2 kettle, one kettle with less quantity, approached swiggy help, unable to upload the image, all the images posted here. I didn't expect chaayos to serve the tea with leas quantity, which is not correct, the action must be taken.
