PMs don't need to know how to code but they need to be "proficient" in Tech. Do this: →Grab a complex tech concept like Cloud, IoT, Web3, AI&ML, Blockchain, etc... →Understand it well, ofc →Explain it to your grandparents or kids Success = They understand the concept
