Simply one of the best meals of my life. So fresh, tasty, from the salads, sandwiches, entrees, pasta, fish, veal chop, chicken cutlet, all were a 10. Their new chef is Michelin level. Wow, I have never tasted better.

I am the complete opposite of my Brudder @NjTank99 in many ways. Which means I will never ever be as successful as him in social media because I am def not as entertaining as him. I am not upset about that or envious because I have become successful in different ways that isn’t reflected online. I enjoy the fame-free life in LA & if I ever make it in this business it won’t be because I am like Frank but because I am the opposite of him and that’s what motivates me to do what I do on my socials and pushed me to make my own hat business that relates more towards gaming and not sports

Immense baseball IQ play here from three of the best HWA(How to win awareness) guys in baseball) Very subtle play. 1) With 2 outs & a runner on 1B Hoerner keeps the ball in the infield & makes 180 spin throw to 3B. 2) Bregman realizes that there is no play at 3B & comes out to get the ball & redirects it to 2B. 3) Swanson fake cuts the throw to 3B & slows the runner(Wiemer) down enough to have a play at 2B. 4) After the fake cut Swanson retreats to 2B in time to get Bregman’s redirected throw for the 3rd out of the inning. BE SURE TO EXPAND & SLOW THIS VID TO EXPERIENCE THE FULL AFFECT OF THIS PLAY

Compound progress beats bursts of brilliance. Show up. Do the hard thing. Improve 1% today. Stack enough of those days, and you’ll be a whole new person in 365 days.

@ClintHurdle13 Congrats, Clint! I'm really enjoying it. Reading it currently, and slowly, too. Read Chapter 6 this morning, and I wanted to hug you. Onward, brother! Big fan!

I never thought I'd write a book. For years, people kept asking me to co-author something. That sounded perfect. All I had to do was sit on a porch, tell some stories, and let a real writer do all the work. My friend Jon Gordon had other plans. After reading my co-authored manuscript, he looked me straight in the eye and said, "Clint, you need to write your own book." "I'm not a writer, Jon." "You're afraid to write your own book." Well, that did it. The 12-year-old in me showed up real quick. "I'm not afraid of anything." Nine months later, "Hurdle-isms" was born. Those nine months were brutal. There were days I hated writing. Days I wanted to quit. Days I stared at a blank page for hours. But something magical happened in that struggle. Pulling out old journals from Colorado and Pittsburgh. Remembering conversations with players who changed my life as much as I changed theirs. Here's what I learned writing my book: Growth isn't comfortable. It's not supposed to be. The best things that have happened in my life came from doing things I didn't think I could do. Tap the link in my bio if you want to order a singed copy!

@ClintHurdle13 Coach, your book arrived last night — started reading then. And Shower Well reminds me of this Ralph Waldo Emerson piece…I love the lesson. Shower Well, attack what’s in front of you, onward!
