Hey Rich: Taking my mom to Galveston next weekend. She doesn’t like long drives to Destin and she would rather just go to Galveston.

These motorcycles continue to be a problem across the region. Parents are ignoring the education being shared by agencies across the State. Kids are reckless and running from deputies and what would be a ticket becomes a felony charge.

Reminder- if your child’s “bike” doesn’t have pedals, it’s an e-motorcycle under the law and not legal for use on roads, sidewalks or trails. Receiving a citation for riding one can prevent your child from obtaining a driver’s license when they turn 16.

Every time I’m having breakfast somewhere in the south, I hear people around me ordering Pepsi/Coke to drink at like 7am. Also, every waitress calls me darling and will let me have not two sips of my coffee before they’re topping it off. I am legitimately scared to drink the coffee because I’m going to end up having 10 cups by mistake.
