@50YearsAgoLive Long live Francisco Franco, the father of modern Spain.

@FrenchAreBrown @gessddaq @JehanLeCavalier >GALERA ESSES CARAS FRANCESES NÃO SÃO BRANCOS NÃO VEIO ATÉ OS PARDOS SÃO MAIS BRANCOS. EU TENHO RAÍZES 100% ITALIANAS

Português

@gessddaq @ChaikaPosting @JehanLeCavalier Por "mediterrâneo" eu me refiro à apenas 4 países.
Portugal, Espanha, Grécia e Itália.
França não é mediterrânea e jamais será.
Português

Les vrais Méditerranéens excluent les Portugais, qui se trouvent sur l’Atlantique

Mediterranean Europeans
Français

@FrenchAreBrown @JehanLeCavalier The only actual dichotomy here is between Europeans and Nons. And you are a Non
English

@ChaikaPosting @JehanLeCavalier Both are horrible, yes.
It'd be a smarter choice if you kept silent instead of choosing a side.
Siding with is frogs is a betrayal to your med fellas.
English

@FrenchAreBrown @JehanLeCavalier I hardly ever see frogs whereas Braziloids are present en mass in Portugal being a bunch of loud, unruly mоnkеys. Your kind lacks any social manners and you speak with a retarded accent. Yeah I'd pick the frogs anyday over you
English

@ChaikaPosting @JehanLeCavalier And now you're fighting for frogs? they throw rocks at you, lolz.
Pathetic.
English

@FrenchAreBrown @JehanLeCavalier I'm Portuguese. Your entire race is a byproduct of the rape my ancestors commited on a bunch of Africans and native americans
English

@ChaikaPosting @JehanLeCavalier Ah, classic cope, couldnt be more predictable than it.
How do you feel about a large part of brazilians (even the most pardoids ones) having more mediterranean blood than you?
English

@FrenchAreBrown @JehanLeCavalier You can't go around calling anyone a monkey while living in a shack in Minas Gerais

English

@JehanLeCavalier The Portuguese are genetically/ethnically and culturally more mediterranean than any kind of French monkey lmao.
I wonder why many french ppl are seething about it, what's so hard about accepting your euromutt Celto-Germanic gaul identity?

@anrysfornant @shsnnsdn @ProudBavaria HOI3, EU4 (before the trees) and CK2 were all good and could entertain you without appealing to the lowest common denominator
English

@ChaikaPosting @shsnnsdn @ProudBavaria everybody wants missions because they work, it's THAT easy. it's a powerful storytelling mechanism and hoi4 (and mods for it) blew up mainly because the game can provide content for users so easily. i want the game to entertain me, it's not fucking minecraft where i amuse myself
English

@shsnnsdn @ProudBavaria Paradox had successful games long before ADHD meme trees first got implemented in HOI4, back when the focus was on good mechanics and not railroaded meme paths
English

@ProudBavaria EU5 would be 10x better with mission trees and the dev team's weird hatred of them is a big reason why this game is as bad as it is. even if there were no rewards, having a checklist for expansion and development would make playing low-flavor tags more fun.

🇪🇺Europe as a peninsula on the global map is key to understanding future EU strategy in the globalized world.
Looking at any map that isn’t global is becoming increasingly misleading when it comes to the structure and boundaries of incentives.
One of the most profitable strategic analogies for military, trade, and business strategy dynamics is to compare past regional scenarios with similar payoff structures and rescale them onto the global map.
Countries that keep looking at small continental maps made up of a swarm of insignificant nation-states will be crushed by countries operating with global interests and global boundaries.
This is the real core of globalization. It is neither a policy choice nor an ideology; it is the state of human energy and information networks, and it is not going away, just as we are not going back to city-states.
Europeans, and the leaders they select, would do well to abandon their third-world provincialism, frightened by the future and by their own insignificance in global games, and start seeing themselves as regions of a peninsula on top of a pale blue dot.
Whether they like it or not, this is their destiny.
