Happy late new year 2025. This 2024 year was a huge turn for me and I finally surpassed the "dip". I recently hit 10k per month with my agency but I did it on my own terms not working more than 20h per week because I really really wanted to work on my educational business which is compeltely unrelated to my agency (Framer wme). I heard so many times the why don't you scale, why don't you scale. I was about to but realized I don't want to scale lol. Funny thing is that I did not even onboard more clients. I just increased my rate with my current clients and went from 6 to 10, I have made them so much money that if any one of them decided to not give me what I'm worth, it would just be a loss on their part, not mine. The agency gives me more than enough and I only work with headachless clients that pay without questionning my expertise. I'm going all-in with education, even with my agency. I don't want to work with more clients, so I'm building multiple courses that show them or their staff how to do what I do for others. This alone will scale it to 30-50k per month, and I don't care if it doesn't. I will automate it at 95%. @framerwme made me realize how much money you can make by truly selling value, even with a tiny audience. For full transparency, it generated 15k in total 6 months without huge marketing or views (monetized it on June 2024) I will lean on my strenght which is teaching and being a "forced agency owner" is not gonna cut it for me. I don't like managing people and I won't force it. If you feel the same, don't force your way. There are other ways to make money. By understanding myself, I came up to the conclusion that I can hit 100k in an orthodox way. I don't wanna scale businesses to 100M in valuation. I just wanna have 2-3 businesses making 30-100k/month that I ENJOY running. And turns out that I enjoy serving A FEW clients that pay me very well without taking my soul out lol. Now that I added paid ads to my arsenal after helping my clients generate multiple 6 figures, it's time for me to apply it for myself. Starting with Framer wme. Many "gurus" tell you to start with a service-based biz because as a beginner you don't have enough traffic to make sales on a digital product. I agree at some extent that starting with a service will teach you A LOT of things about yourself. However, if you learn paid ads from the get-go, it forces you to learn: 1) Psychology 2) Marketing 3) Copywriting 4) Graphic Design 5) Data Analytics 6) Critical thinking 7) Financial foundation And if you don't, you fail. Stupid simple. Obviously, you can't learn all of this in a week... Same goes for "content creation". If I have to choose, it would be paid ads. Many don't start because it's "expensive", or because it 'risky'. What's risky is relying on the algo, posting content for a year and hearing crickets lol. Paid ads give you IMMEDIATE feedback if your shit sucks or not. And by actually spending money, you force your ass to focus and learn for real. Once you learn paid ads, creating content will become easier. Almost like a game, but you gotta adapt. Like with everything else in life... I'll let results speak for themselves. I'm going for 100k/m on my own terms. Ah, yes profit margin and so on, that's for another post.

@ItsAngelDj it kinda sucks to feel like you are not going anywhere with your content and trying to find the source of the problem and you figure out at the end that maybe the problem is in everything from the audience to the niche itself

Our Niche is a Useless Generic Shit... And this is All My fault. It kinda feels right to say it this way but this is not My Fully Precise feeling lately. Let's be honest, We both don't like X now. But Why? What Caused the Collapse? I wanted to change My Niche lately. It somehow didn't feel completely right to do it. Is it the Problem really in the Topic or in the People? So I started digging deeper and deeper. It turns out it's both. Let me clarify My Answer further. There are 3 Answers Actually. First of All, People listen to the Self-proclaimed experts who honestly sound like a Claude Ai Demo version. I have No idea who gives money to this individuals. Thousands of People are getting scammed in Real time. They Pay 1000s of dollars for a very mhmhmh "Questionable" services. After a Small Research you really wonder Why these Creators have such big egos when their Work is honestly bad. But Hey, "Business" I guess... The Second answer is that Both the Audience and the Creators... Are Dopamine Monkeys who are here to farm views and get the easiest info possible. "Write Platitudes and You will get 4 figs every month" Yea, Ok bro Good luck. The Third and the Most Important answer is... Our Space is Totally Limited. There are almost No people who actually understand their Craft and the Importance of their work. Even these small percentage of Creators just focus on 1/2 skills. People don't want to Expand. Yea, This is where My fault is as well. During 2024 I stuck Only to One skill. I got a Nice results from it... But this is not enough. If I preach Creativity I can't stuck to only one thing. I want to Explore and Grow My Skillset. I want to Evolve More. I don't want to be just Content Recycler whho repeats the Same ideas over and over again. (This is what 97% of people do here btw, Check it out for yourself :D) The desire to constantly Move Forward. This is My New Purpose. I don't care if it will work or Not. I have a Vision and I will follow it. What New skills I will learn? Expect an Update on the Topic soon. Until then, Don't be stuck and Learn.
