Why successful people hate their Health? Even worse, they think it's a waste of time to take care of it. Forget about all the Gym/ Sports content "rich" guys post on instagram. Forget about all the motivational videos. People just film 15-minute "workouts" sessions that can be easily turned into shorts. In reality, High-class people don't want to train anymore..Especially in a natural manner. They have access to every single resource that can make their body a healthy unstoppable machine... Yet they prefer not to take any action. They are stuck in the "assets-control" mindset. They want to pursue things that will give them a direct leverage on the money market. They want to acquire benefits from the outside world. What they don't understand is that they are on the same boat as the lower-class in terms of physical power and longevity. The normal guy just works, eats and has sex. Eventually his body becomes shit. The rich guy just works, eats and has sex. Yea, he does it on a higher level and more... Still your body becomes shit. They follow the same script. The Greatest and hardest internal asset that someone can acquire is a Strong functional body. Invest in a diet, Get a new cardio-related hobby, Focus on your strength and endurance, You want money to gain respect but nobody truly respects a fat businessman. An out of shape businessman is a lucky businessman. A well-built businessman is a disciplined businessman.
