A tale of Woe, I purchased this Vitus Hybrid bike from @Chain__Reaction on 1.05.2020, it's been brilliant, however recently the frame cracked, it's now unsafe. It has a 5 year frame guarantee, which said Company will not honour, as they are now a new Company. Your thoughts?
