Bought a Digimon. Judging by the circuitry around the microcontroller, it likely uses the same 4-bit Epson as in the Tamagotchi. If that's the case, making an emulator shouldn't be difficult.

Digimon Ver. 4 has now been dumped and emulated. Additionally, two alternative versions of Ver. 1 have also been dumped. This time I wasn't the one who took the chip photos (the source preferred to stay anonymous).

But there was a catch: none of the official Rookie forms for it appealed to the client. As an artist and a fan, I felt responsible for filling this gap.
