@TfL This happens on a regular basis and because the payments are pending there's nothing they can do. My question is why does it happen so often? My card is registered and there's no problem with me swipping in and out

@TfL The payment is still pending and usually resolves itself, but the real issue is why this keeps happening. I’m not made of money, and the closer this gets to payday, the more inconvenient it becomes.

This opens another screen where you will see the option 'Card management' and you'll find the link 'Contact us about this card'. Clicking here will allow you to send us a secure message. Once submitted, an agent will look into the charges and process a refund accordingly. If you have any difficulties with this please call our Customer Service Team on 0343 222 1234 between 08:00-20:00 hours, Monday to Friday, and they will be happy to help.
