Siege is my passion, as a game title, the bar to entry is higher in terms of skill and effort. Macro and micro development as a coach gives me more of an impact in the server, which is all a coach could ever want, to take some more of the burden off the players to play their game. I was bitter about my initial departure from R6, with concerns about the sustainability of the scene. It was rough to see Siege grow without me there and coming back I have never felt more confident in my individual skill as a coach. I've always had a poor taste in "game hoppers", as passion about the game should match the passion of the individual. However, I have gotten a performance coaching position in Valorant that allows me to provide for myself. Esports was never about the money, but there is a balance between doing what you're passionate about and being able to just survive. The three opportunities I found within the next season of Siege are far below the minimum of what I can take to put in the hours I want to in a project. My life is wake, gym, work, sleep and to attempt the same is brutal. With my opportunity being in the APAC region, my plan is to coach in the APAC timezones for Valorant performance coaching and either branch out into game agnostic individual coaching or part time assist in developing out NA R6 in T1/T2 as an event coach or secondary support staff. I long for the day I can commit back fully into Siege with a position that is sustainable and make an impact on the game like I did from 2019-2022, whether coaching or managing or a mixture of the two. But until then, my plan is to still work on the background until stability returns (which should come with this year's changes and the addition of CNL). I am still available for negotiation in any role for R6 or Val, so DMs are always open.

Grateful for everything/everyone at SSG, the trust @Tucci_SSG showed me from day one and the relationships built along the way. On to the next chapter: same priorities as always - develop better humans first, then build a team that’s capable of winning a championship second.
