So I'm sure you guys are wondering why I haven't really posted that much... Like I said before, A LOT of things have been distracting me lately. Work, taxes, exhaustion... burnout. It sucks. And honestly, I dunno if I can keep doing this anymore. Drawing used to be the thing that lit me up no matter how rough the day was. But these days it feels like I'm forcing it, and I hate that. I’ve been staring at blank sketchbooks and paper for weeks, feeling guilty instead of excited. So after a lot of thinking, I’ve decided it’s time to step away from drawing for good. So this isn’t a break or brief hiatus...it’s a goodbye. But before I go, I wanted to leave you with one last piece, something really special that I poured my heart into for. It’s the most personal thing I’ve ever made, and I hope it shows how much all of your support has meant to me over these few years. And it’s been an absolute honor to share my art with you all. Look, I’m not gonna be like all these people calling it “pedophilia” or “grooming” or shit like that. All I’m gonna say is that this was just a REALLY dumb decision to take for Alex. Cuz while I get giving him the Guile and Ken treatment of being a family man, this was not the way to go.
