Feet up / sit tight, let’s see if you’d do it if you had a personal emergency & you had to be somewhere else, instead of feet up in your truck !

In my country at least I am very, very confident no employer could dismiss someone in a case such as this as the trucker literally has a reasonable and provable reason of defence. It would be unfair dismissal. It's feet up/sit tight.
