@rheumipainmask @parthaskar Agree, it’s a waste of resources. I trained in both systems and can tell you that most of the HO burnout was from doing meaningless tasks/filling forms/dc papers etc. In the US the PAs actually ASSIST the MD leaving them to operate at the highest level of their degree..

Just came across this piece of research by the Pew Research Center. Islam gained over 340 million adherents between 2010 and 2020 bringing the total number of Muslims to 2 billion worldwide. Christianity is still officially the world's biggest religion at 2.3 billion, but we already know that most Christians don't practise so I have no doubt that Islam is already number 1. According to Pew, Muslims are younger and have more kids so demographics are on our side. And so is the conversion rate, although that is a lesser factor. So in a nutshell, the future belongs to Islam. And it's unstoppable. So join us.

@ChapatiDoc @championswimmer It's not the 80s anymore, huge swathes of white Britain have accepted and are comfortable with non white people living in their country. Nothing is perfect, but relatively speaking, it's a fair and open country. It doesn't serve to be paranoid about these things.

This house is less than ₹5cr (£0.5M). Less than 30min commute to anywhere in central London. Indian property markets makes no sense to me after seeing the market here 🥲 (+ has huge backyard, kids can play football in)
