We sincerely apologise for the network outage and recognise the significant impact that this had on you. The issues we have had are now resolved. However, we will be undertaking an investigation into the cause of the failure and will update you once this has been completed.

Following reports from @OfficialTfGM that the email we sent caused some confusion, we are confirming that CYC customers can use their RFID cards to access these units for free during the transition. Please sign up to TfGM's newsletter for further updates: bit.ly/2VkVpMu

@PM_halfbreed @PM_halfbreed Hello, thanks for your tweet. The £20 annual fee is for network membership only, with any vehicle charging costs charged separately. Your RFID access card should arrive within 3-5 business days of ordering it ^ES
