Imagine having a 700 hundred million underspend in housing and at the same time refusing to release 15k for accommodation to Donegal families so they can avoid freezing to death in condemned, defective concrete riddled, homes. It's incredibly, incredibly cruel.

The bloody evidence is contained in a myriad of engineers reports containing petrographic reports from the best in the business. Shameful.

Homeowners (victims of Govt negligence) have had to endure some ridiculous delays, waffle, u-turns and false promises from politicians... But this factually incorrect contribution by @niall_blaney is just on another level of insulting An apology should be issued ASAP

While @DarraghOBrienTD and @donegalcouncil work out who gave/gives/will give the go ahead for what, houses in Donegal continue to crack, crumble, and rust both outside and inside

I don't understand why @DarraghOBrienTD and @donegalcouncil need to have meeting after meeting after meeting to understand that you cant have people living in homes that are falling apart because of defective concrete blocks. There is no sense of urgency in this crisis

An invite to @MiriamOCal to come to Donegal to understand the reality vs what @DarraghOBrienTD would have you believe. • Homeowners trapped in unsafe/unhealthy houses. •Revised scheme still no open date. •Refusal to test foundations to understand if they are fit for purpose.
