$3.5M run rate. +$2M in a week. One founder + AI. Zero employees. I wanted to create a platform with the vibes of the 1990s, the vibes of the 2000s, of the 2010s, and then have a feature of the future, and I said, "Wait a second, I know the Agent SDK, why don't I use the Agent SDK which is the feature of the future?" And I didn't have any idea what to do, but I knew I needed agents, so I put agents in loops and connected MCPs which then were synced to real products running in production. I knew that could be a feature of the future, but I didn't realize how much the impact would be.

@mtbendermd @cvsection @SNISinfo @svinsociety Duration of the inflation to nominal on your undersized balloon is an important factor. I don't think most people use cadence syringes. If you're not, just force yourself (with timer) to go super slow.

"Sub-maximal angioplasty" for #intracranial #atherosclerosis is vague To me, it means (1) using balloon w diameter smaller than adjacent healthy vessel and (2) stopping inflation when balloon is visualized to expand Anything to add? @cvsection @SNISinfo @svinsociety

We don’t always appreciate the stress that thrombectomy places on intracranial arteries. Here’s a pre thrombectomy run and a run with just a bit of traction on a deployed stentriever:

@YNIScommittee Aspiration first for me (~90% of the time), combined approach if difficulty tracking an aspiration catheter up (can use the stentriever as support), recently would consider stentriever only for isolated PCA clot based on PLATO study from @NguyenThanhMD
