On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we honour the women and girls who continue to fight for accessible, dignified, and respectful SRHR services. Across Africa, disability often determines who is heard, who is seen, and who receives care. This is injustice not lack of capacity. Today, we amplify the voices of disability-rights champions dismantling systems that exclude, disrespect, and endanger women and girls with disabilities.
