Employers still deny opportunities to persons with disabilities once they learn of their disability. We call for equal access to employment, on an equal basis with others. Disability should never be used as an excuse to deny someone a job when they are qualified. @EOC_UG

Employers hiring persons with disabilities is not a favor. It’s a business decision. If the person qualifies & has the skills, give them the opportunity. Invest in accessible software & tools so that everyone especially the blind, can perform at their best- @silkazo @LftWUG.
