The action to teargas a peaceful rally in Narok today deserves condemnation by peace loving Kenyans.We from Narok will oppose attempts to deny democratic forces the right to assemble as enshrined in the constitution of Kenya 2010.

The senate should now focus on the level and capacity of those managing our counties and attendant departments.

In choosing Devolved System ;Kenyans wanted to answer three fundamental Questions 1)What powers and functions to devolve? 2)How much Resources to follow dcentralised functions? 3)What is the capacity of those resposible in devolved units?

Between August 2018 to 2920,i served as the Principal secretary for the State department for Devolution where we undertook major capacity building intiatives of the counties.The current level of oversight of counties financial management by the senate is encouraging.
