Now @FedExHelp keep telling me my package was delivered to the address on the shipping label. Exactly why I had a dang case opened cuz you took my money to redirect to a different address but didn’t do it. Who do I have to get fired to get my 33 dollars back for F sakes!!

Talking with @FedExHelp is like talking with badly coded AI. Y’all screwed up my order and everyone I speak to acting like case notes don’t exist. Just refund my money that you took for redirecting my package because you DID NOT!!
