I saw a shooting star last night, and made a wish. Then I had the wildest dream: All of a sudden, alleged SWAT-level designers with 15 years of experience had stopped boasting their could-be-true, could-be-bullshit numbers to try and gain credibility and authority. Instead, they started sharing ACTUAL WORK. They began gaining trust and prospects by backing up their claims with tangible results. No. Not a dated-looking UI8 template once every blue moon. Actual work. With thought and process and soul. Less experienced designers learned. Equal peers gained valuable perspectives. And the whole industry benefitted. It was a wild dream.
